Voucher Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These voucher conditions apply to all vouchers issued through our online shop, unless otherwise specified in the respective voucher.
2. Redemption
Vouchers can only be redeemed in the online shop. Redemption takes place during the order process by entering the voucher code.
3. No Combination of Vouchers
Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. A combination of multiple vouchers is excluded, unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Validity Period / Expiry
Unless otherwise stated, the validity period of vouchers is 3 years from the end of the year in which the voucher was issued (§ 195 BGB). After this period, the voucher expires without replacement.
5. Minimum Order Value
If a minimum order value is a prerequisite for redemption, this will be indicated in the respective voucher.
6. Remaining Credit
A payout of the voucher value or a remaining credit in cash is excluded. Remaining credits are retained and can be used for further orders within the validity period.
7. Transferability
Vouchers are transferable. The issuer can make payment with discharging effect to the respective holder, provided there is no knowledge of a lack of authorization.
8. Returns / Cancellation of Orders
If an order for which a voucher was redeemed is completely or partially cancelled or returned, a refund equal to the voucher value will be issued in the form of a new voucher. A cash payout is excluded.
9. Exclusion of Certain Products
Vouchers may not be redeemable for certain products, categories or discounted goods. Corresponding restrictions will be indicated in the respective voucher.
10. Misuse
In case of suspected misuse or unlawful use, we reserve the right to block vouchers or refuse their redemption.
11. Changes and Errors
We reserve the right to change these voucher conditions at any time, if this is necessary and does not unduly disadvantage the customer.
12. Promotional Vouchers (Discount Codes)
Promotional vouchers are vouchers issued as part of advertising or bonus campaigns. These can be communicated in the online shop specifically as "Bonus", "Loyalty Bonus" or similar advantage.
Regardless of the designation, these are exclusively promotional vouchers for granting a price reduction and not a redeemable credit.
There is no entitlement to payout, transfer, or cash settlement.
Promotional vouchers are usually granted free of charge and are only valid for a limited period and under the conditions specified in each case. These may include, in particular:
- a minimum order value,
- restriction to certain products or categories,
- validity only for specific customer groups (e.g. new customers),
- the exclusion of combination with other vouchers or discount promotions.
A subsequent crediting to already completed orders is excluded.
Only one promotional voucher can be redeemed per order, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The resale of promotional vouchers is not permitted.
In the event of a return or cancellation of an order for which a promotional voucher (e.g., bonus) was redeemed, there is no entitlement to renewed granting or refund, as it is a voluntary, free service.
