Right of Withdrawal

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods,

  • in the case of a single order for several goods that are delivered separately, from the day on which you or a third party designated by you has taken possession of the last good.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

 

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

For returns from non-EU countries, the customer must bear all applicable customs duties, import duties, taxes, or other return costs. If acceptance of the return is refused due to unpaid duties, we are entitled to deduct the corresponding costs from the refund amount.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

 

 

3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

  • for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB).

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, our food supplements are delivered sealed (protective film). The right of withdrawal expires as soon as the seal has been removed after delivery. This applies to the following product types:

  • For powders and granules in sealed bags or cans, as contamination cannot be ruled out after opening. 

We explicitly point out that the exclusion of the right of withdrawal only applies to products that have actually been opened. Unopened products can be returned within the statutory withdrawal period.

You can test our products within 100 days of receipt. If you are not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price according to the following conditions.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights (in particular the statutory right of withdrawal and statutory warranty rights) and does not limit them.

Conditions of the Guarantee

  • The guarantee applies to end consumers.

  • The period is 100 days from receipt of the goods.

  • To claim, an informal notification by e-mail to [e-mail address] is required.

  • The customer bears the direct costs of return shipping.

  • The refund will be issued upon receipt of the goods.

  • The guarantee does not apply to abusive or commercial use.
